RScan 100
RScan 100 is a high quality compact system for radioscopy and 3D Computed Tomography. RayScan 100 has been designed for short scanning time in order to offer a high throughput especially for objects with a diameter up to 150 mm. RayScan 100 is equipped with a minifocus-X-ray-source. Thus details down to 0.1 mm can be detected.
RayScan 100 E additionally provides an extended mode, which enables to overcome the limits of conventional CT. By using Region-of-Interest CT details or components of 0.1–0.3 mm even in large objects are detected. All hardware and software components are integrated in one intuitive user-friendly interface, which allows easy switching from one mode to the other.
