RScan 200
RScan 200 is a multi-purpose 3D Computed Tomography system for frequently changing applications with a wide variety of test objects and materials. Equipped with high precision mechanics and a microfocus X-ray source, RScan 200 has been optimised for extremely high spatial resolution, where details in a micrometer range in small parts can be detected. Due to its direct Cone Beam Tomography (3D-CT) the complete volume data are generated within some minutes.
RayScan 200 is perfectly suitable for the development, optimisation and control of manufacturing processes. The analysis of volume data of the test object allows to draw a conclusion on the cause of faults of detected pores, cracks, inclusions and delaminations. Typical ranges of application are fault detection, dimensional measurement, comparison with CAD-data and reverse engineering.
